The 35th Annual Flower Show in Philadelphia was a magnificent and breathtaking event. The variety of colors, shapes and sizes of each flower was extraordinary. I went with a vintage, yet bold layout for the poster to make it stand out amongst other posters. The brown-yellowish color applied to the design was to give the poster a vintage and paper-textured appearance. The color was also used to tone down the colors so the poster would appear “too bright”.
